Brittney Reel is the driving force behind Reel Customer Service LLC, a company she started to help businesses excel in customer interactions. Since beginning her career in customer service in 2009, Brittney has worked with various organizations, from local charities to large, well-known corporations. She founded her company during the Covid-19 pandemic, providing specialized training to some of the biggest brands out there.

Her hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of the skills needed to succeed in customer service, especially those used by big brands. Brittney has tailored these skills to help smaller companies perform at their best and grow. She is a go-to resource for well-known brands that need to train their new employees in delivering exceptional customer service tailored to their company's needs. Before the workshop, I’ll meet with you for an in-depth consultation to understand your business objectives, allowing me to tailor the training to your company's unique needs while covering universal service skills. The workshop includes two 15-minute breaks and can be delivered virtually or in person. (Note: Travel costs may apply for on-site training.)
