Brittney Reel, affectionately known as B. Reel, is an author, blogger, and podcast host committed to leading Christian singles with authenticity and faith. Her nickname perfectly captures her real and transparent approach to discussing the challenges and blessings of singleness. As the founder of ITMT: The Academy, Brittney helps single women find joy, peace, and purpose in their journey through self-awareness, accountability, intercession, and bible study. ITMT, which stands for "In the Meantime," emphasizes living a fulfilled life while awaiting God's timing for marriage.

 

Since publishing her first book in 2013, Brittney has written 11 books and contributed articles to various magazines. In 2017, she founded ITMT, and in 2019, she launched the Reel Talk Today podcast, where she and her sisters bring faith to the forefront with humor, wit, and practical conversation. With a passion for encouraging women to embrace their season of singleness, Brittney leads them in prayer as they navigate their journey toward marriage, grounded in God’s will.

In her season of singleness, Brittney has become the driving force behind Reel Customer Service LLC, a company she started to help businesses excel in customer interactions. Since beginning her career in customer service in 2009, she has worked with various organizations, from local charities to large, well-known corporations. She founded her company during the Covid-19 pandemic, providing specialized training to some of the biggest brands out there.

Her hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of the skills needed to succeed in customer service, especially those used by big brands. Brittney has tailored these skills to help smaller companies perform at their best and grow. She is a go-to resource for well-known brands that need to train their new employees in delivering exceptional customer service tailored to their company's needs. ITMT has provided an amazing community that’s full of encouragement, laughter and motivation! Community has been something I’ve lacked as I have journeyed to my promise from God, but I’m grateful that God has sent me a wonderful community such as ITMT so I don’t have to fight and progress alone. ITMT has impacted me in a great way, mainly as it relates to the importance of community. For single women to have a safe place to just be... is without a doubt one of the greatest things to have in one’s single season. I love that we not only pray and trust God as we wait for our marriages, but we also laugh, cry, and hold one another accountable to being who and what God has called us to be overall. I love us so much!

During my time of being single, I've learned important principles that are helping me become the woman God wants me to be.
